In the industrial landscape, the choice of material is as crucial as the design itself, significantly influencing the functionality and durability of the component. When it comes to choosing a robust and reliable material for bearings, the C93200 Leaded Tin Bronze (also known as SAE 660 bearing bronze) stands out for its remarkable properties.
Moreover, the CuSn6 bronze alloy showcases remarkable wear resistance, outstanding corrosion resistance, and can be readily soldered, making it a top choice for various industrial applications.
Noteworthy attributes of CuSn6 bronze have led to its recognition across various international standards, including German (DIN) as CuSn6, France (Afnor) as CuSn6P, Europe (EN) as CW452K, and ASTM as C51900.
Being a leading manufacturer in China, we have a responsibility to uphold the highest standards of quality. Each product that leaves our factory is a testament to our commitment to quality.
CuSn6 Tin Bronze Bushings are no exception; they embody reliability, durability, and precision.
Materials Used in Wrapped Bronze Bearings: These bearings are crafted from phosphor bronze, specifically CuSn8. This alloy is notable for its purity, containing only minimal impurities. The bearings are fashioned from strips that are later wrapped and sized.
Lubricating Process: It’s imperative to lubricate wrapped bronze bearings with either grease or oil during installation. Employing a high-quality lubricant is crucial as it mitigates friction and wear by creating a protective layer between the bearing and the shaft. For scenarios with significant contamination, it’s advisable to seal the bearing, safeguarding both the bearing and its lubricant.

CuSn6 and its properties :
CuSn6 has several properties common to all bronzes such as high mechanical and electrical characteristics. CuSn6 has good electrical conductivity, wear resistance and resistance to industrial atmosphere. It is also resistant to seawater and is largely insensitive to stress corrosion cracking.
It has a very good cold deformation and average deformation when hot. It has good machining, welding and brazing capabilities.
The bronze CuSn6P can be used instead of brass in the vacuum technique

CuSn6 Bronze Bearing Oil Indentations/Holes
Wrapped Bronze bushings are suitable for both radial and axial movements. The bushings are well suited for machinery in dirty environments where shock loads and/or vibrations occur.
