Galvanized shaft

This is a shaft with a gas nitriding shaft surface. Viiplus bronze bearing shafts can replace galvanized or chrome plated shafts, and nitriding has many positive features. It applies to almost all steels. At the same time, the hard surface is relatively soft inside, the fatigue strength is enhanced, the wear and corrosion properties are improved, and the material properties remain unchanged because there is no structural change.
Combined with the maintenance-free Viiplus sliding bearing, due to the lubrication performance of the bearing itself, it can run dry, that is, without the use of grease for external lubrication, so the whole part of all realized maintenance-free work.
