Manufacturer of bronze bushing & bearings.
Numerical Control Tools Oilless Bearings
Numerical Control Tools (Numerical Control Tools) is a new type of Control of position, Angle, speed, force and other signals generated by equipment operation and machining process by using digital signals and programmable automatic Control working mode.
Measurement of bronze bushing
The application of numerical control in oilless bushing manufacturing was introduced.
There are two basic of control systems in numerical control: point-to-point and contouring.
Numerical control processing, an advanced processing method, is widely applied in processing machine bronze and metal bushing parts of high precision and with complicated surfaces.

Precision Machining – bronze bushing & bearings
Since numerical control was adopted at machine tools, the productivity has been raised greatly. Numerical control machines are most useful when quantities of bronze bearing & bushing products to be produced are low or medium.
Numerical control (NC) is the automation of machine tools that are operated by precisely programmed commands encoded on a storage medium, as opposed to controlled manually via hand wheels or levers, or mechanically automated via cams alone. Most NC today is computer numerical control (CNC), in which computers play an integral part of the control. In modern CNC systems, end-to-end component design is highly automated using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs. The programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a particular machine via a post processor, and then loaded into the CNC machines for production. Since any particular component might require the use of a number of different tools – drills, saws, etc., modern machines often combine multiple tools into a single “cell”. In other installations, a number of different machines are used with an external controller and human or robotic operators that move the component from machine to machine. In either case, the series of steps needed to produce any part is highly automated and produces a part that closely matches the original CAD design..

Exploring The Role of CNC Technology in Manufacturing Bronze Bearing & Bushing
- Precise digital-controlled machine tool
- Guide bushing can be divided into rotating guide bushing, fixed guide bushing, no guide bushing three modes. We need to choose different guide sleeve types for different processing parts. Let’s look at each of these patterns in detail.
-
The role of guide bushings sleeve: It is difficult to achieve a high precision cutting process if the machining part is far away from the material clamping position because of the force generated during bending or machining. Therefore, in order to process slender products, a mechanism supporting the material (guide bushing sleeve) is installed between the collet and the tool so that the collet can be moved lengthways along the material. Because the guide sleeve supports the material near the tool, bending of the material due to the force generated during machining is reduced, enabling high precision machining.
Guide Bushing Sleeve Supplier

Rotary guide sleeve
Rotary guide bushing sleeve
The rotary guide sleeve is connected with the main shaft through the connecting mechanism in the middle, which can realize synchronous rotation with the main shaft. Suitable for work piece with aspect ratio greater than 3.
Advantages: (1) The straightness of the material is relatively low.
The guide sleeve and the material are rotated together, so it is not easy to produce friction in the direction of rotation, even in the case of high-speed rotating processing will not be stuck.
Disadvantages: (1) Relatively high cost.
② The remaining tail material is longer, resulting in waste of materials.
The machining accuracy is lower than the fixed guide sleeve.
Suitable for work piece with aspect ratio less than 3. That is, the spindle clamping material for processing.
Advantages: (1) The remaining tail material is short, save material
Disadvantages: (1) if the workpiece is hard and slender, there may be a conical product for the knife and the broken knife.

Fixed guide bushing
Fixed guide sleeve: Fixed guide sleeve does not rotate with spindle (material). Suitable for work piece with aspect ratio greater than 3.
Advantages: (1) The straightness of the material is relatively high.
The machining accuracy is higher than that of the rotary guide sleeve
Disadvantages: (1) The remaining tail material is longer, resulting in waste of materials
The guide sleeve and the material do not rotate together, so it is easy to rub in the direction of rotation. In general, there should be a layer of oil film between the guide sleeve and the material to lubricate. However, if the speed is increased for processing, the oil film may lose lubricity and get stuck and burn out the guide sleeve.
