Bimetal bearing supplier,SAE-797,SAE-799,SAE-48,SAE-783.Bimetallic Bearing Bush :Material: Steel + Bronze( With Spherical Pockets )
bimetal bushings are made of steel sintered with CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 as a lining layer. which has the highest load capacity among the bi-metal bushings. the application includes balance suspensions of heavy-duty trucks, track roller of bulldozers, auto chassis CTC. It is a kindly of high load and low-speed bushing, with wide application.

Technical information on the datasheet.
Bimetal-bearing is a bimetal bearing, wrapped of steel sheets with a layer of lead bronze.
The standard sizes are fitted with lubrication indents on the running surface. For standard bearings is normally the steel backing copper plated to improve the corrosion resistance. The layer of lead bronze makes it possible to use these bearings with relatively long lubrication intervals.
Bimetal-bearings can be manufactured with a thicker lead bronze layer for applications where the bearing has to be machined after mounting. The material of the layer can be fitted to the special needs of the application in question.
Material Structure
Metal backed with bronze graphite oilless bearings
1. Sinter bronze with graphite– Liner material: CuPb10Sn10.Good wear resistance with lower friction and excellent load-carrying capacity. The bimetallic bushing can be machined after fitting to get precision tolerance. We also can supply the bearings with PTFE or graphite sprayed layer on the work surface to get much lower start friction.
2. Metal backing –low carbon steel: gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
3. Copper plating 0.002mm, good corrosion resistance.
Due to the stability of the matrix is low carbon steel material, the machining accuracy of the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is guaranteed, and there is no need for screw fixation after the product is loaded into the seat hole, so the interference fit can prevent the phenomenon of going round outside. The change of chemical composition of the inner surface alloy layer can meet the requirements of different bearing pressure, different service temperatures, and different sliding speeds. An oil grooves and oil holes with different structures can meet the requirements of different refueling methods and prevent the phenomenon of the biting shaft.
The bimetallic bearing has the advantages of good wear resistance, especially suitable for medium speed, medium load, and low speed and high load. Various oil slots, oil holes, and oil holes can be machined on the friction surface by special technological means, so as to adapt to the use under different lubrication conditions. The products are mainly used in the balance bridge bushing and gasket of heavy vehicles. Automobile engine, chassis, motorcycle clutch, gear pump wipe plate, and lifting equipment, and other fields.
Types for Bi-Metallic Bushing’s Grooves and Indents

Availability
1. Standard cylindrical bushing, flanged bimetal bearing, thrust washers, and strips are available.
2. Special designed bimetal bearings are produced at short notice
3. Alloy material CuSn6Zn6Pb3 is also available
Application
The special structure of this type of self-lubricating bearing is suitable for hostile environments, for high load application which lubrication is difficult. bimetallic bush has been widely used in water turbines, vane controls, injection molding machinery, packing machines, construction equipment, tire molds, paper production machinery, furnace expansion plates, automotive transmission, heavy lifting chain linkage, food production equipment, etc.
Features
Steel shell backed with a lead bronze lining bearing material for oil lubricated applications. This material has high load capacity and good fatigue properties. It is widely used in automotive applications such as compressors, steering gear, power steering, pedal bearings, king-pin bushes, tailgate pivots, mechanical handling and lifting equipment, hydraulic motors, agricultural machinery etc.
