An Agricultural machinery and tools manufacturing manufacturer saved thousands of dollars over two years by replacing rolling bearings with self-lubricating bushings from VIIPLUS. Oilless bearing parts commonly used cast bronzes are tin bronze bushes, manganese bronze bushes & aluminum bronze bearing.
Cast bronze bushings are available in metric sizes as straight or flanged bushings. These self-lubricating and maintenance-free bushings consist of a graphite impregnated with a lubricant. The self-lubricating bronze material enables very high sliding velocity and makes these bushings suitable for rotating applications. Solid lubricating bearings
