Oil-free bushes solid inlaid bearing is a high-performance lubrication product inlaid graphite and MoS2 and other solid lubricants on the substrate of High-tension brass bushes, tin bronze bushes, aluminum bronze bearings and other bronze bush materials. It breaks through the limitation of general bearing relying on grease lubrication. In the process of use, friction heat makes solid lubricant and shaft friction, forming excellent conditions of oil film lubrication, not only protect shaft from wear, but also make full use of solid lubricant. Its hardness is twice as high as the general copper sleeve, and its wear-resisting performance is twice as high. Bushing DESIGNING AND INNOVATION
An Agricultural machinery and tools manufacturing manufacturer saved thousands of dollars over two years by replacing rolling bearings with self-lubricating bushings from VIIPLUS.
