2. Wear-reducing lining material:
When designing sliding bearings, a combination of several materials is sometimes considered, which can give full play to the advantages of various materials and reduce costs appropriately. For example, steel-based products have high load-carrying properties, but their poor wear reduction properties will lock up or scratch the shaft with the matching shaft. If the wear-resistant layer of the steel-based product is covered with a material with good lubricity to isolate the two, it can play a very useful effect. The wear-reducing lining is generally covered on the friction surface of the bearing through sintering, rolling and casting processes. At present, the most common application of self-lubricating bearings is the method of embedding solid lubricants on the inner wall or matrix of the bearing. Standing or continuous casting on the wear surface
Soft, corrosion-resistant, low fatigue strength and load-carrying capacity. It has good compliance and compatibility.
Rolled on the friction surface
Moderate fatigue strength and bearing capacity, good corrosion resistance, good sliding performance and other characteristics.
Copper base alloy
CuPb10Sn10, CuPb24Sn4, CuSn6.5-0.1, CuSn6Zn6Pb3
Continuous casting or sintering on the friction surface
Has high fatigue strength and bearing capacity, high impact force. Can be hardened shaft fit.
Modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) modified polyoxymethylene (POM)

The hardness is low, it can be matched with the flexible shaft, and it can be used without maintenance only by initial oiling.
Mixed copper powder for sintering, or directly inlaid on the friction surface
Conductive, light weight, burr-free, high temperature resistant, chemically stable, and excellent in lubricating properties
Non-conductive, important solid lubricant, especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure, with diamagnetic properties.
Mixing copper powder or iron powder to make powder metallurgy products
Thermal stability and lubricity are very good.
