Viiplus utilizes centrifugal casting to manufacture bushes, bearings, and sleeves from various copper alloys that comply with global standards, including PN-EN 1982, DIN 1705, 1709, 1714, PN 91/H-87026, ASTM B271, and BS 1400, as well as special alloys. The bearing material consists of solid bronze strips with indents for lubrication, offering excellent wear resistance and performance under high loads and low speeds. CuSn8 (Sn 8%, P < 0.05%, balance Cu) is used for bronze bearings with grease reservoirs, enhancing wear resistance. Compared to CuSn8 Ti bronze bearings, these have larger grease reservoirs for improved performance in lubricated applications.

Bimetal and metal bearings offer excellent corrosion resistance for industrial outdoor use and in water, marine, and offshore environments. We supply metal and bimetal bearings, including bimetal bearings with steel backing and leaded bronze overlay for lubricated applications. Our bimetal plain bearings conform to standard SAE 794 and feature a steel backing with a sliding layer of CuPb26Sn2, comprised of approximately 72% copper, 26% lead, and 2% tin. We also offer bimetal plain bearings to standard SAE 792 with lubrication indents, using a sliding layer of CuPb10Sn10, which contains about 80% copper, 10% lead, and 10% tin. Additionally, our lead-free bimetal plain bearings have a sliding layer of CuSn8.5Bi7Zn2 with steel backing.
