The FB09G bushings are sliding bushings on a bronze base containing solid lubricant.
Thanks to the good stretching properties of bronze, these sliding bushings can be rolled to have very thin walled thicknesses. Due to the solid lubricant, these bushings are used without any lubricant in gear shafts and similar applications. They are also particularly well-suited for use between clutch discs and the drivetrain.

Product Description

CuSn8 Lubrication Diamond Pockets Bushes which diamond-shaped lubrication pockets are filled with graphite, a solid lubricant. The concept of the CuSn8 Lubrication Diamond Pockets Bushes is derived from the LUB-MET® material that has already been in the bearings market for many decades. With every movement of the shaft, tiny particles of the solid lubricant are being evenly distributed over the contact surface between the shaft and bushing. Thus, building up a sliding layer.
CuSn8 Lubrication Diamond Pockets Bushes is a very good upgrade, especially for applications that normally require high greasing intervals (excessively contaminated applications), are difficult to carry out maintenance due to the location or where automated grease lines continuously fail.

It is necessary that an initial greasing is applied during installation to initiate the build-up of the solid lubricant layer.

CuSn8 Lubrication Diamond Pockets Bushes also only can run completely maintenance-free if a non-corrosive shaft material is used.
Otherwise, the shaft would corrode and develop an abrasive sliding surface. This would tremendously decrease the lifespan of the bearing.

The dimensions of CuSn8 Lubrication Diamond Pockets Bushes are according to DIN 1494 / ISO 3547 and are identical to BRO-MET®.

Bronze Bearings Application

Bronze bearing for agricultural machinery, brakes and certain construction machinery.

The plain bearing bushing is made to DIN ISO 3547.092 bronze bushing is based on bronze CUSN8 and evenly distributed drilling oil hole on its sliding surface. When in assembly, oil or grease should be stored in the holes before bushing is sealed form both ends. 092 bronze CuSn8 material has the advantage of abundant oil storage, easy-to-assembly ,machine the compactness etc. It can replace the conventional whole copper middle load, low speed such as in convey machine, hoisting machine, windlass, aligning machine etc.
