Oil-free Bushing Brass Alloy are a type of graphite plugged bronze bushing.They are the perfect solution for projects where lubrication cannot easily be provided or where conventional lubricants may carbonise.

Bronze base Self Lubricating Bushings uses high-strength copper alloy as the base material, and according to the working conditions, holes are drilled in the working face and filled with solid lubricant. The high-strength copper alloy provides high load-bearing capacity and the solid lubricant can A lower friction pair is formed. Under the condition of dry friction, we design a layer of pre-lubricating film on the bearing surface to ensure that the solid lubricant can be transferred to the pair of parts and form an effective solid lubricant film in the shortest time.

Advantages of oilless bushings

The Oil-free Bushing Brass Alloy shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication under conditions of extreme high/low temperature with low speed.They are excellent for shock absorption and work to minimize energy usage, noise, and wear.

Viiplus Oilless bearings have been developed for high load, low-speed applications and are made of rotational cast high-strength bronze using a specially formed graphite plug as a lubricant.

Our oilless bearings are graphite loaded and can withstand temperatures of up to 400°C (800F) as well as cryogenic temperatures down to -200°C (-400°F) depending on which material is selected.
