The Development of  Self lubricating bronze washers

Due to the requirements of special production technology, some key equipment of industrial and mining enterprises operate under extremely harsh working conditions.Due to heavy equipment, high ambient temperature, large dust or acidic corrosive gases in the air, such as CO, SO2, etc. bring a lot of problems to the lubrication of equipment, serious friction and wear, easy to occur bearing and other friction pair bite or bite dead, causing serious parts wear and damage, often lead to the equipment out of operation.

Mosaic self-lubricating composite material is a new type of extreme pressure resistant solid lubricating material, which is composed of metal substrate and solid lubricant paste embedded in the hole or groove of the substrate.In the friction process, the metal substrate bears most of the load.

After friction, the solid lubricant in the hole or groove will transfer or reverse transfer to the friction surface, forming a solid transfer film with good lubrication, firm attachment and uniform covering on the friction surface, which greatly reduces the friction and wear.As the friction progresses, the embedded solid lubricant is continuously provided to the friction surface to ensure good lubrication of the friction pair during long-term operation.

4. Before assembly, if the lubricating oil is applied to the grinding parts, the short running period can be reduced, which is conducive to the mechanical operation and operation;
5. When assembling, press in slowly, and do not knock, so as to avoid damage to the bearing and cause deformation;
6. When designing, different parts should choose appropriate material to improve the mechanical performance and prolong the service life of the bearing;
7. In high load and reciprocating motion, screw fixation is recommended.

8. Stainless steel or chrome plating is recommended for grinding shafts in fresh water, seawater and at sea.
