SF-2 type material is POM plastic filled PTFE modified surface layer of the three-tier self-lubricating composite material, which is a benign boundary lubrication material, and therefore particularly suitable for high load low speed rotational movement, the rocking motion and frequently open and close under load and difficult to form hydrodynamic lubrication of bearings, thrust washer only, slider, tees and other friction parts.
The product is made of steel plate as the base, sintered spherical bronze powder as the intermediate layer, the surface is rolled by modified POM, and the oil storage pit is provided.
The plastic thickness of the product surface is 0.5mm, with good wear resistance, and can work normally under the condition of little oil or broken oil.
It is suitable for working at room temperature and low speed and heavy load place. It can replace the traditional copper sleeve, reduce the cost and prolong the service life. Products have been widely used in automotive chassis, forging machine tools, metallurgical mining machinery, engineering machinery, hydropower, steel rolling industry, and other fields.

2. Sintered bronze powder thickness 0.20-0.35mm, provides max. thermal conductivity away from the bearing surface, also serves as a reservoir for the resin mixture.
3. Low-carbon steel, provides exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
4. Copper/Tin plating thickness 0.002mm, provides good corrosion resistance.

STRUCTURE:
1. POM thickness 0.30 to 0.50 mm. It provides high wear resistance and low friction. Even if there is only a small amount of lubricant supplied, the bearing surface has a circular indentation pattern and the bearing assembly should be greased.
2. The thickness of sintered bronze powder is 0.20-0.35mm. A special powdered copper composition is heat fused to the steel backing. This contact layer acts as an anchor for the PTFE layer and performs heat accumulation away from the bearing surface.
3. Low carbon steel, the base of the bushing, steel back provides excellent stability, load bearing and heat dissipation characteristics.
