Wrapped bronze bushing material, large lubrication depots, heavy maintenance

FB092 bronze bushing is is basically the same kind of bushing as FB090 . The only difference is that the 092 version has complete holes for the storage of the grease, instead of the diamond shaped pockets of the 090 bronze bushings version.

Bronze Wrapped Bearings with Through Holes

090 is basically the same kind of bushing as 092. The only difference is that the 092 version has complete holes for the storage of the grease, instead of the diamond-shaped pockets of the 090 version. The holes have the advantage of storing more lubricants than the pockets and therefore, the maintenance intervals can be extended. He5b2021be2804a29844df31eb0a14e76F
Another advantage is that the greasing holes of the 092 material is also able to store grease for a much longer time during the bearing’s lifespan. As the pockets of the standard 090 version are about 0.5mm deep, the holes go through the complete wall thickness of the bushing. Once the bushing starts to wear, the storage capacity of the standard 090 becomes comparatively lesser than for the 092.

As such, 092 can guarantee more sufficient lubrication for a longer period during the lifetime of the bushing.

The applications for 092 are basically the same as for the standard version. Both materials can easily be exchanged for one another.

092 can also be manufactured with seals for extended bearing life, as seals help to keep harmful abrasive particles out of the bushing and contain the grease inside the bushing.

WRAPPED

Economic solution for bronze bearing application due to a thin wall thickness bearings material.

Our standard material is CuSn8, alternatively we also can supply a CuSn6 bronze grade. The hardness of CuSn6 will slightly be lesser.

High load capability and good stability with low abrasion. Suitable for rough working conditions, good corrosion resistance.

FB092 bronze bushing material is made of CuSn8 bronze material. Before rolling into thin-wall bearing, the greasing holes  are processed evenly and orderly on the surface of the material. After assembly, lubricating grease is injected and then used with end face seal. At present, the material has been used in conveyer, elevator, winding machine, leveling machine and other medium – load, low – speed occasions.

Main Factors that Influence the Service life of the Bushing

1).PV Value
PV value is an effective criterion to calculate the service life of TCB900/TCB902. If there is need to prolong the service Life, PV value must be reduced.
2).Environment Temperature
Service life of the TCB900/TCB902 will shorten in higer ambient temperature .
3).Roughness
Service life of TCB900/TCB902 can be greatly improved if its mating axis is made of chrome-plated stainless steel with hardness more than 50HRC and surface roughness among 0.4~0.63.
