FB092 bronze bearing, with bronze material as the matrix, processed evenly and orderly oil injection holes, thin wall bearing made by rolling, after assembly, injected grease. The bearing has the advantages of large oil storage, convenient installation, small design machine, and can replace the use of copper bushing, which can greatly reduce the cost. At present, the product has been used in conveyors, elevators, winches, leveling machines, and other medium-load, low-speed occasions.

FB092 bronze bushing is based on bronze of CuSn8.0P0.3 and evenly distributed drilling oil holes on the body. When in assembly, oil or grease should be stored in the holes before bushing is sealed from both ends. FB092 has the advantages of abundant oil storage, easy-to-assembly, machine compactness etc. It can replace the conventional whole copper sleeves, thus to save much cost. It is mostly applied under middle load, low speed such as in convey machine, hoisting machine, windlass, aligning machine etc.
Structure
The bushings are wrapped from a cold formed homogenous bronze (CuSn8) with exceptional material properties. The standard sizes incorporate holes, which are dispersed in a special way over the complete bearing surface. These holes serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film at the start of movement and thereafter reduce the running friction. The material is suitable for construction and agricultural machinery etc. where high load and slow movement occur.
Application characteristics
1. Saving large amount of bronze material and save the working hours normally spent for lathing the bronze bushing.
2. Compared with lathed bushings and roller bearings, it is lights and more cost-effective.
3. Various holes and dents can be made on the frication surface for grease storage, prolonging the lubrication interval to 5 times as long as required by the bronze bushing.
4. Extremely high load sustainability, especially suitable for coarse abrasion surfaces.
